STATEMENT OF BELIEF
We believe in one God in three
persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, eternal, self-existent and undivided.
We believe God created the heavens and the earth and all that is in them in six
literal days thus setting a pattern for living.
We believe in the virgin birth, the real and sinless humanity, the physical
death, burial and bodily resurrection and ascension into heaven of the Lord
Jesus Christ, His atoning work on the cross being the once for all perfect
sacrifice for sinful mankind, His priestly work and His personal pre-millennial
return to this earth being our only hope for salvation.
We believe in the divine inspiration and historical accuracy of all the
canonical books of the bible as being in themselves the Holy. Word of God. The
infallible scriptures are relevant to all ages having authority. for all people
at all times.
We believe in a literal heaven and hell, in elect and fallen angels, in Satan
who is at present god of this world under the permit of the Eternal Father. We
believe in the fallen and hopeless condition of all mankind and that without the
saving grace of God all would be lost to eternal damnation in the lake of fire.
We therefore believe in the necessity for the new birth of every individual soul
brought about by the Holy Spirit's conviction of sin, through a heart faith in the finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our
justification is by faith alone demonstrated by works of righteousness in accord
with the infilling of the Holy Spirit.
We believe that with Israel's rejection of their Messiah the present work of the
Holy Spirit is to call out a body of believers, both Jew and Gentile, as His
Church., equipping them for service with His gifts and fruit until the Second
Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe in the observance of water baptism by total immersion for believers
only and in the partaking of the Lord's Supper in remembrance of His death until
He comes again. These are the only two ordinances that our Lord Jesus commanded
us to keep.
We believe the promises made to Israel are irrevocable and that God's plan and
His purpose for the people and the land as revealed in prophecy will be
fulfilled in their entirety.
We believe that in the last days there will be a great apostasy and those
believers who remain true to the scripture and in faith with God will come under
increasing persecution. We believe in the rapture of the true church, the body
of Christ both past and present. We believe there will then be a specified time
of great tribulation For the Jews and of judgement for the gentiles which will
occur during the global kingdom of the anti-Christ. this being the worst period
of history the world has ever experienced.
We believe in the literal personal return to this earth of the Lord Jesus Christ
to bind Satan. The nation of Israel will turn to Jesus as their Messiah in
repentance and faith, thus all Israel will be saved. We believe that Jesus will
judge the nations prior to His millennial reign of righteousness on earth when
all mankind will be in subjection to Him.
We believe in the resurrection of all people who have ever lived for judgement,
the just to eternal blessedness having been redeemed by Christ, the unjustified
to eternal punishment having ignored or rejected the free offer of salvation
through the shedding of blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.
